Lori brings more than 15 years of staffing and recruiting experience to Pascoe Workforce Solutions. Throughout her career, she has built lasting relationships with both candidates and clients, many of whom have continued working with her as she has grown throughout the staffing industry. She thrives in the fast-paced, ever-changing world of recruiting, with a strong focus on the light industrial and manufacturing sectors. For Lori, the most rewarding part of her work is connecting great people with the right opportunities and making a meaningful difference in their lives and careers. Outside of the office, Lori enjoys hiking, golfing, cooking, spending time with her grandkids, and cheering on the Red Sox!
Sara Spanilo
Sara brings 20 years of experience in administration, operations, customer service, and support roles to Pascoe Workforce Solutions. She enjoys the variety that comes with administrative work and is known for her strong people skills, organization, and ability to connect with others. Sara approaches people the way she would want to be approached herself, with respect, patience, and a willingness to help. She understands how important staying organized is behind the scenes and enjoys being part of a team where no two days are exactly the same. Outside of work, Sara enjoys going to the gym, spending time with friends, and never misses an opportunity for a good dad joke.
Eliza Lopez
Eliza brings seven years of experience in administration, operations, HR, payroll, and support roles to Pascoe Workforce Solutions. In her current role, she supports HR and payroll functions while also working closely with the recruiting team to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. She is known for her attention to detail, adaptability, and constant drive to improve processes and make things more efficient. Eliza values being someone her team can rely on and takes pride in building trust with employees, candidates, clients, and coworkers alike. She believes everyone deserves the same level of respect, regardless of title or role. One of the most rewarding parts of her work is knowing she plays a role in helping people get to work. Outside of the office, Eliza enjoys golfing with her soon-to-be husband, taking walks with her dog, Cayde, and spending time with family.
