Brian founded Pascoe Workforce Solutions in 2014 and brings more than 22 years of staffing experience to the company. Throughout his career, he has built lasting relationships and partnerships with candidates, clients, and businesses while helping connect talented people with meaningful opportunities.
As an owner, Brian prides himself on being accountable, approachable, and relatable. He is comfortable connecting with people at every level and believes strong relationships are built through trust, communication, and a genuine understanding of others. One of the most rewarding parts of his career has been watching both internal team members and employees placed with clients grow and succeed.
Brian is especially proud of the positive impact he has been able to make in people’s lives throughout his career.
Outside of work, Brian is a proud parent, an avid UConn and New England Patriots fan, and enjoys cooking, cleaning, and spending time with family.
Brody is one of the founders and Managing Partners of Pascoe Workforce Solutions, bringing 17 years of staffing and management experience to the team. Having started his career as an entry-level recruiter and worked his way into leadership, he brings a well-rounded understanding of both the recruiting and operational sides of the staffing industry.
Brody believes strong relationships are at the heart of the business. He enjoys getting to know the people behind every candidate, client, and team member while building the trust that creates long-term partnerships. As a leader, he focuses on providing support and guidance while giving his team the freedom to explore new ideas, take ownership, and grow in their roles.
One of Brody’s proudest accomplishments has been watching Pascoe Workforce Solutions grow from the ground up and seeing the impact a successful placement can have on candidates, clients, and recruiters alike.
Outside of work, Brody enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, especially at the soccer fields, the beach, and outdoors.
Nancy brings 24 years of staffing and recruiting experience to Pascoe Workforce Solutions, with expertise across professional services and light industrial roles. Throughout her career, she has focused on building meaningful connections and helping individuals grow into confident professionals.
Nancy sees recruiting as more than simply filling positions. She approaches her work as a strategic talent advisor, connecting human potential with business growth while taking the time to understand the day-to-day challenges faced by both candidates and clients. Her approach is centered on clear communication, trust, and building long-term partnerships that create lasting results.
The most rewarding part of Nancy’s career has been knowing how many lives she has positively impacted by helping people find opportunities that are the right fit for their goals and circumstances.
Outside of work, Nancy enjoys spending time with her two sons and family, relaxing at the beach, and watching golf and football.
Lori brings more than 15 years of staffing and recruiting experience to Pascoe Workforce Solutions. Throughout her career, she has built lasting relationships with both candidates and clients, many of whom have continued working with her as she has grown throughout the staffing industry.
She thrives in the fast-paced, ever-changing world of recruiting, with a strong focus on the light industrial and manufacturing sectors. For Lori, the most rewarding part of her work is connecting great people with the right opportunities and making a meaningful difference in their lives and careers.
Outside of the office, Lori enjoys hiking, golfing, cooking, spending time with her grandkids, and cheering on the Red Sox!
Sarah has been with Pascoe Workforce Solutions since March 2022 and brings more than four years of staffing and recruiting experience, with a focus on warehouse and light industrial positions. She is passionate about connecting talented professionals with opportunities that support their long-term career goals while helping employers find the right people for their teams.
Sarah takes a personalized approach to recruiting and believes strong relationships are built through clear communication, honesty, and taking the time to understand the needs of both candidates and clients. One of the most rewarding parts of her work is receiving positive feedback and knowing she helped create a successful match for everyone involved.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys staying active with cycle classes, listening to blues and rock & roll, spending time with friends, and traveling.
Jack brings four years of staffing and recruiting experience to Pascoe Workforce Solutions, with a current focus on light industrial and maintenance roles. He is known for his tenacity, creativity, and willingness to put in the extra effort to find the right fit for both candidates and clients.
One of Jack’s favorite parts of recruiting is calling a candidate with a job offer and hearing the excitement on the other end of the phone. He values the opportunity to make a real, positive impact on the people and communities he works with and believes that strong recruiting starts with listening.
With a background in sports, Jack learned early on the importance of teamwork and working with people from a wide range of backgrounds toward a common goal. He is also a member of Professional Young Visionaries of Tomorrow (PYVOT).
Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending time with his wife, one-year-old daughter, and their dog, Stella. He also enjoys staying active through basketball, golf, pickleball, and spending time with friends.
Nicole brings two and a half years of staffing experience to Pascoe Workforce Solutions, along with a background in marketing. Recently promoted to Senior Staffing Manager, she works with clients across a wide range of industries, including aerospace, property management, warehouse, insurance, manufacturing, and payroll.
Before entering staffing, Nicole made the decision to leave a successful career in another industry to pursue work that felt more aligned with her goals. That experience gives her a unique perspective when working with candidates who are navigating career changes of their own.
Nicole takes a relationship-focused, honest, and personal approach to recruiting. She believes the best matches come from understanding the people behind the résumé and job description and taking the time to learn what both candidates and clients truly need.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends, and furbabies, relaxing on the boat, and hiking to beautiful destinations. She is also a certified yoga instructor and proudly considers herself THE Halloween Queen!
Jeff brings five years of staffing and recruiting experience to Pascoe Workforce Solutions, specializing in manufacturing and skilled trades throughout Western Massachusetts and Connecticut. His recruiting experience includes production, CNC machining, quality, maintenance, engineering, administrative, accounting, and management roles.
Before entering staffing, Jeff spent 18 years in the printing industry, including eight years in management. That hands-on manufacturing background helps him understand both the candidate and client side of the hiring process.
Jeff takes a straightforward and personal approach to recruiting and believes the best placements come from truly understanding the person behind the résumé. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching the Celtics and Patriots, and keeping his lawn looking its best. He was also born on Christmas Day, so technically everyone gets presents on his birthday!
