Brian Pascoe
As Owner and President, Brian is involved in every aspect of business at Pascoe Workforce. Brian’s passion and enthusiasm set him apart from the rest, and his clients commend his level of customer service and his attention to detail. Brian founded Pascoe Workforce Solutions in 2014 and brings more than 22 years of staffing experience to the company. Throughout his career, he has built lasting relationships and partnerships with candidates, clients, and businesses while helping connect talented people with meaningful opportunities. As an owner, Brian prides himself on being accountable, approachable, and relatable. He is comfortable connecting with people at every level and believes strong relationships are built through trust, communication, and a genuine understanding of others. One of the most rewarding parts of his career has been watching both internal team members and employees placed with clients grow and succeed. Brian is especially proud of the positive impact he has been able to make in people’s lives throughout his career. Outside of work, Brian is a proud parent, an avid UConn and New England Patriots fan, and enjoys cooking, cleaning, and spending time with family.
Brody Cunningham
Brody is one of the founders and Managing Partners of Pascoe Workforce Solutions, bringing 17 years of staffing and management experience to the team. Having started his career as an entry-level recruiter and worked his way into leadership, he brings a well-rounded understanding of both the recruiting and operational sides of the staffing industry. Brody believes strong relationships are at the heart of the business. He enjoys getting to know the people behind every candidate, client, and team member while building the trust that creates long-term partnerships. As a leader, he focuses on providing support and guidance while giving his team the freedom to explore new ideas, take ownership, and grow in their roles. One of Brody’s proudest accomplishments has been watching Pascoe Workforce Solutions grow from the ground up and seeing the impact a successful placement can have on candidates, clients, and recruiters alike. Outside of work, Brody enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, especially at the soccer fields, the beach, and outdoors.
