Tanya Richards

Tanya brings more than 17 years of experience in administration, customer service, and office support to Pascoe Workforce Solutions. As an Office Manager, she is known for being friendly, outgoing, with a strong focus on helping both candidates and coworkers.

One of the most rewarding parts of her role is hearing that they had a positive, easy experience throughout the process. Tanya also takes pride in helping keep the office running smoothly behind the scenes and in the positive feedback Pascoe receives from the people it serves.

Outside of work, Tanya enjoys spending time with her family, going to Disney, and catching Yankees games.
