Eliza brings seven years of experience in administration, operations, HR, payroll, and support roles to Pascoe Workforce Solutions. In her current role, she supports HR and payroll functions while also working closely with the recruiting team to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
She is known for her attention to detail, adaptability, and constant drive to improve processes and make things more efficient. Eliza values being someone her team can rely on and takes pride in building trust with employees, candidates, clients, and coworkers alike. She believes everyone deserves the same level of respect, regardless of title or role.
One of the most rewarding parts of her work is knowing she plays a role in helping people get to work. Outside of the office, Eliza enjoys golfing with her soon-to-be husband, taking walks with her dog, Cayde, and spending time with family.
