Brian Pascoe, Owner/President
Brian has been with the company since 2005. Prior to coming on board to Pascoe Workforce Solutions, he spent eight successful years in sales and marketing. He is recognized as one of the top temporary staffing recruiters in the city. Brian’s passion and enthusiasm set him apart from the rest. His clients commend his level of customer service and his attention to detail. Brian is actively involved in the Hartford business community and always strives to improve Pasoce Workforce Solutions’ quality of service.
Brody Cunningham, Managing Partner
Brody has over five years of experience in the staffing industry. He has been with the company for three years and has quickly become one of the top staffing specialists in the area. He began his staffing career in the healthcare industry and excelled through his hard work and his ability to match client’s needs with the right candidates. Brody’s ambition, determination and creativity has set him apart throughout his career. He seeks out new challenges, adapting to facilitate clients’ requests and expanding his already deep industry knowledge base. Brody is a member of the Young Professional Society of Greater Springfield and has a B.S. from Western New England College.
Valerie Price, Staffing Manager
Valerie, is a committed, and driven professional, who specializes in temporary and permanent placements for top tier career professionals. Valerie’s success can be attributed to her ability to establish long-term relationships with clients and candidates because their satisfaction is her goal. Valerie is a recent college graduate from Western New England University, with her bachelor’s in Psychology.

She works to place talented qualified candidates with client companies throughout the Northeast.
